Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sumplify (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit sumplify.app. Sumplify is operated by DRAWRY PTY LTD, based in New South Wales, Australia. We aim to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Summary
- You can use the site without creating an account or giving us your name, address or financial details.
- Numbers you type into our calculators are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers.
- We use cookies for analytics and advertising, including cookies set by Google and other third-party vendors.
- Some of our service providers store information outside Australia, mainly in the United States.
What we collect
Collected automatically. Our analytics and advertising providers may collect your browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, time on page and the referring site.
Information you give us. If you email us, report an error or subscribe to email updates, we collect what you provide, such as your email address and message.
Calculator inputs. Values you enter into calculators (for example salary, super contributions or electricity usage) stay in your browser to produce the result. We do not store or transmit them.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (such as health information) and ask that you do not send it to us.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device; web beacons are small images or scripts used to measure activity. We and our partners use them to measure traffic, serve and measure advertising, and remember your consent choices where required. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
The site also stores two small settings in your browser so it works the way you chose: a country cookie that remembers which country site you picked (kept for one year), and your accessibility settings (text size, spacing, display), which stay on your device and are never sent to us.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show advertising on this site.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings (also available through My Ad Center).
- You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info or, for European users, www.youronlinechoices.eu.

Google may also allow certified third-party ad networks to serve ads through AdSense. We will update this table if we add other advertising or affiliate partners.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. You can learn more in Google’s privacy policy and opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Email updates
We do not currently offer email updates. If we start, this section will name the email provider before sign-up opens, and every email will include an unsubscribe link, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
How we use and disclose personal information
We use personal information to operate and improve the site, respond to enquiries and error reports, send email updates you requested, show and measure advertising, and protect the site from misuse. We disclose it only to service providers who help us run the site (hosting, analytics, advertising and email), where required or authorised by law, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
Disclosure outside Australia
Our hosting, analytics, advertising and email providers may store or process information in the United States and other countries. We choose established providers that publish their own privacy and security commitments.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@sumplify.app. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
If you have a privacy complaint, please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalised advertising cookies are used.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

We keep messages and subscription records only as long as needed for the purposes above and take reasonable steps to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
