By using sumplify.app (“the site”), operated by DRAWRY PTY LTD, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. General information only
The site provides factual information and calculators based on publicly available official data. It is not financial product advice, tax advice or legal advice, and it does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. We do not recommend any financial product, energy plan, provider, investment or course of action. Before making a decision, consider whether the information is appropriate for you and consult a qualified professional, such as a registered tax agent, a licensed financial adviser or a lawyer.
2. Calculators and data
Calculator results are estimates based on the rules, rates and assumptions shown next to each result, as of the dates stated. Rules change (often from 1 July), data may be delayed or revised by its source, and your actual outcome may differ. Please confirm figures with the official source (for example the ATO, the Clean Energy Regulator or the Australian Energy Regulator) before relying on them.
3. Accuracy and corrections
We work to keep information accurate and current and link to primary sources, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free. If you find an error, please tell us via the Contact page. Our Corrections Policy explains how we fix errors.
4. External links and advertising
The site links to third-party websites and displays advertising served by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products or advertisements. Advertising does not mean we endorse the advertiser.
5. Intellectual property
Site text, design, charts and code are owned by DRAWRY PTY LTD or used under licence, except for third-party data credited to its owners and used under its licence (for example Creative Commons licences noted on each page). You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, republish our charts or compiled data as your own (except as a data licence allows), or scrape the site in bulk without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
8. Exclusions and limitation of liability
Subject to section 7, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- the site is provided “as is” and all warranties not expressly stated are excluded; and
- DRAWRY PTY LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the site or its calculators.
9. Changes
We may update the site and these Terms at any time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
